Artist Statement

This project resembles my most relevant memory of my childhood. Growing up, I loved fishing with my dad. He would usually take me to the ocean, either by the coast or by boat, and we would fish all morning long and have a great time spending time together. The random colors changes represent my colorful and young personality, the heart represents my love for my father and fishing, and the overall ocean aesthetic represent those fishing memories from childhood.
